504628-403, 9600-7, Skydiving / Cargo Aircraft Quick Disconnect Seat Belt

American Safety Seat Belt Assembly as shown on photos, maroon color. Model 9600-7. P/N 504628-403. Overall length 44". Seat belt has two quick disconnect ends installed and it is the type seat belt that is used for cargo and skydiving aircraft operations or other applications that the seat belt needs to be removed quickly without having to remove the installation hardware. The seat belt is new / nos, unused, but it has slight oxidation inside the buckle, on the roller that locks the seat belt in place and the latch but itoperates as designed, (see close up photos). Webbing also has oxidation marks at the same place tha wraps around the roller. Treat as used. Small, superficial scratches are also present on the buckle. (Seat belt was stored on open shelf and was moved around a few times). It conforms to FAA TSO-C22F and it has the required plackard attached.
