The adapter is used for fuselage installations for the HRCFA and the SACF series Self-Contained Anti-Collision Lights P/N 01-0790081-00, 01-0790081-01, 01-0790081-02, 70360-00, 70360-01 and 70360-02. It was removed from a salvage aircraft. One of the side wall holes is double drilled, side by side.
