Whelen Aircraft Self-contained Strobe Light / Beacon as shown on photos. Model HRCFA-14/28. P/N 01-0770029-31 Rev AG. It works with both 14V and 28V aircraft electrical systems. It was removed from a salvage aircraft. Prior to installing unit manufacturer's instructions need to be followed to avoid overheating and damaging of the condenser.
